We will start with the good points. Its got 2 good bedrooms, a bonus of 2 car spaces on title, large lounge, floorboards under carpet, its close to La Trobe and the tram, and its cheap!! Now the bad.
Kitchen could do with some work, bathroom also needs attention, and a paint job wouldnt do the place harm either.
Still definitely worth a look through, as its the cheapest property Kingsbury has seen for quite a while!
